You will be **working closely with SumUp's global product, technology and hardware teams**, alongside a team of smart, dedicated, and fun finance professionals, as a key advisor and partner to our business teams. You will work closely with global leadership by communicating financial goals, providing financial visibility, and delivering actionable insights. With your analysis, business acumen, and diligence you will help the organization to make better and more impactful decisions. It will never get boring as there is no such thing as a typical day. **What you'll do** - Use your strong business acumen and attention to detail to help global leaders make sound investment decisions. - Manage and develop financial models that guide our strategic decision-making on supply chain and inventory as well as headcount and technology investments - Set up and optimize integrated business planning processes in modern tooling in order to accurately manage forecasts, budgets & accruals and by setting required rituals for aligning business functions with FP&A and Accounting - Lead executive summaries, business reviews, and board meetings with timely and accurate analyses **You'll be great for this role if** - You have experience working collaboratively with product, engineering, and/or supply chain teams - You have 3+ years of relevant experience in FP&A (Tech, Fintech, Consumer Electronics or FMCG), Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Strategy or Consulting experience - You have exceptional analytical abilities paired with high business acumen. You have proven experience in drawing conclusions, recommendations and insights from data - You have strong experience building and maintaining complex financial models in Excel. Experience with FP&A Tools, SQL, Python and Tableau is a plus - You have a "Founder's Mentality" mindset and are a self-directed self-starter - You're comfortable with ambiguity and unprecedented challenges that a fast growth environment can bring - You're fluent in English, and are a strong and efficient communicator **About SumUp** We believe in the everyday hero.
