**Ein international tätiges **Unternehmen für **IT-Sicherheit, mit dem Geschäftsbereich „Softwareentwicklung & IT Operations“ in Berlin, sucht mehrere Product Owner (m/w/d) mit langjähriger Erfahrung als (Senior) Product Owner oder mehrjährige als Lead Product Owner in einem Softwareunternehmen. Sie Etablieren ein übergreifendes Anforderungsmanagement.**

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Etablierung eines übergreifenden Anforderungsmanagement-Prozesses, um Abhängigkeiten zwischen den verschiedenen PO-Streams zu identifizieren und das Gesamtsystem zu gestalten und zu steuern
- Entwicklung einer übergreifenden Product Vision und Product Roadmap für Bereiche einer Daten
- und Analytics Plattform
- Definition und transparente Kommunikation des Product Goals sowie Sicherstellung des Alignments zwischen den einzelnen Product Streams
- Festsetzung von Standards, Qualitätskriterien und übergreifende Methodiken für das Anforderungsmanagement
- Verantwortung für die Erstellung von Product Backlog Items
- Sicherstellung, dass das Product Backlog transparent ist und im Team verstanden wird
- Analyse und projektbedingte Abstimmung von Anforderungen mit relevanten Projektbeteiligten, Definition von Neuanforderungen und Optimierungen

**Anforderungen/Skills**:

- langjährige Erfahrung als (Senior) Product Owner oder mehrjährige als Lead Product Owner in einem Softwareunternehmen oder einem Unternehmen mit Software/Plattform-Fokus
- Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung von Daten
- und Analytics-Anwendungen
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit agilen Methoden und mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams
- Fachliche Erfahrungen bei der Bereitstellung von PaaS (Cloud) und/oder SaaS (Self-Service optimiert) und/oder IaaS (z.B. Virtuelle Maschine)
- Erfahrungen in IT-Sicherheit und Datenschutz
- Verantwortung für die Erstellung eines Produktes, welches geprägt war durch die Nutzung mindestens zwei der Folgenden: SAP HANA, SAP Data Intelligence, ETL Datenstrecke, Hosting von Plattformen, Data Analytics
- sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

**Konditionen**:

- Anstellung in Vollzeit, werktags 35 Std./Wo.
- Flexible Arbeitszeiten (Gleitzeit; Vertrauensarbeitszeit)
