System Administrator

As a System Administrator, you will play a central role in configuring and maintaining our server-based systems.

Your expertise ensures that our IT infrastructure operates smoothly and that we implement future-proof solutions that meet the highest standards. In the future, you will take the lead of a small team responsible for system administration.

**Role Description**:
As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining our Windows and Linux-based server systems.

**What You will Do**:

- Configure and maintain Windows and Linux-based server systems
- Manage and maintain Active Directory
- Monitor system performance and ensure system availability
- Identify and resolve technical issues
- Assist in the implementation and management of client systems
- Provide 3rd level support behind end-user support
- Document IT processes and systems
- Take on a leadership role in a small team responsible for system administration

**What You will Bring**:

- **
Fluent in German and English**
- At least 3 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role
- Deep knowledge in configuring and managing Windows and Linux server systems
- Leadership experience or willingness to take on a leadership role
- Basic knowledge of IT security standards and best practices
- Experience with Active Directory and network services
