**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Gestalten Sie die Strategie des Bereichs Quality Engineering
- Definieren Sie schlanke, GMP-konforme Prozesse und Abläufe in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich
- Führen und überwachen Sie Projekte mit direktem Einfluss auf das Geschäft von SCHOTT Pharma
- Treiben Sie die Digitalisierung von qualitätsrelevanten Prozessen und das zugehörige Daten
- und Spezifikations-Management voran Etablieren und leiten Sie „Peer Groups“ in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich

**Ihr Profil**:

- Mind. 8 Jahre Erfahrung im Quality Engineering Umfeld, vorzugsweise in der Pharmazulieferindustrie
- Abgeschlossenes ingenieur-/naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
- Erfahrung im Führen von Mitarbeitern
- Sie arbeiten bereits mit SAP und spezieller Software zur Unterstützung des Qualitätsmanagements
- Routinierter Umgang mit komplexen Datenstrukturen
- Umfassende Erfahrung in der Digitalisierung von Prozessen
