Automations Internship

**YOUR ROLE**
We are looking for a highly motivated Automation Intern to help optimize our business processes with cutting-edge tools. If you love solving complex problems at the intersection of business and technology, this is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in automation and process innovation. Help us to succeed in the shift towards Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Collaborate directly with the management: You get the goals, then own the implementation
- Experiment with process automation: Connect tools like Xentral, Personio, Slack, MS Office and external and internal APIs. While others are talking, we get hands-on and try out
- Automate & optimize business processes: Use no-/low-code tools like Make, Supermetrics, and n8n to improve efficiency across teams. Build greenfield solutions and orchestrate many processes at once. Continuously identify repetitive tasks across the company and turn them into fully automated workflows. Develop automation templates that are modular, maintainable, and well-documented
- Identify & solve operational bottlenecks: Work closely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and drive process improvements. Leverage data to make the best decisions
- Collaborate across teams: Work with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to bring automation solutions to life. We always work highly cross-functional when solving crucial business problems

**Your profile**:

- Pursuing a degree in technology or business with a technological focus at a top university
- Keen to work entrepreneurial in making processes more efficient and improving the user experience with cutting-edge approaches
- Meticulous attention to detail, paired with a highly analytical mindset, and bias for action
- Excitement about RPA and emerging AI technologies
- You’ve built your own automations and can show us actual workflows, demos, or repos
- You understand data flows, APIs, webhooks and have a systems-thinking mindset
- You’re structured, independent, and enjoy building scalable backend logic
- Starting date: 15.01., for at least 6 months
- Fluent in English, fluent in German is a plus
- Previous experience in consulting, startups, or another fast-paced environment beneficial
