International Application Specialist (f/m/x) Haemostasis

**Location**:
Norderstedt (near Hamburg)

**Your responsibilities**:

- Planning, preparing, and performing alpha and beta testing of new software versions of haemostasis analysers in Sysmex Europe facilities and external sites
- Contributing to new product developments based on customers’ needs and required usability improvements
- Running reports to determine recurring malfunctions and documenting resolutions
- Providing installation and on-site support to our affiliates and distributors
- Escalating product improvement requests to our headquarter in Japan

**Your profile**:

- Education in medical laboratory technology or equivalent
- Expert theoretical knowledge and practical experience of working with haemostasis testing in a lab
- Good understanding of laboratory middleware is a MUST, knowledge of haemostasis work area manager as a big plus
- Profound experience as a product trainer
- Excellent communication and motivation skills
- Ideally German speaking
- Ability to convey complex information in a simplified and comprehensible way
- Friendliness, accuracy and reliability, even in stressful situations
- Willingness to travel within the EMEA region (up to 30%)
