Die Abteilung Patient Safety im Qualitätsbereich wird sich künftig auch um die Unterstützung der weltweiten Vertriebsorganisationen bei technischen Fragestellungen kümmern. Das neue Team für „Technischen Service, Externe Geräte“ wird damit einen wichtigen Beitrag liefern zur verbesserten Vertriebsunterstützung beim Troubleshooting.

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Du bist verantwortlich für den Technischen Support (Remote) unseres Externe Geräte Produktportfolios
- Kundenorientiert berätst und unterstützt du unsere BIOTRONIK Teams und Kunden in den Ländern bei allgemeinen und technischen Fragestellungen
- Weiterhin bearbeitest und analysierst du technische Probleme zu Datenübertragungen und Funktionsweisen von unseren Produkten und Services in enger Abstimmung mit den internen Fachabteilungen
- Davon leitest und definierst du neue Anforderungen ab, die zur Weiterentwicklung der Tools zum Troubleshooting sowie zur Durchführung von Usertests benötigt werden

**Dein Profil**
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Medizintechnik, Informatik oder der Ingenieurswissenschaften mit einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung
- Idealerweise Erfahrungen im Bereich der Medizintechnik
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in einer gängigen Programmiersprache und bist mit der Nutzung von Ticketsystemen unter Einhaltung von Service Level Agreements vertraut
- Eine sichere Kommunikation mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern, verbunden mit einer ausgeprägten Kundenorientierung, zeichnen dich aus
- Du bist versiert in der Kommunikation auf Deutsch
- (C2-Level) und auf Englisch (C1-Level)
