**There is no specific location for this position and can be done from anywhere in Europe. However, for some projects or meetings it is important to travel to our office in Hanau.**

**Key responsibilities**

**Project Leadership**:

- Lead and manage all phases of Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation projects, from initial scoping and planning to final delivery and post-deployment support, within-budget project completion
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors, managing expectations, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment with project objectives
- Support program financial management by overseeing budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of company resources
- Ensure effective stakeholder management, balancing competing priorities, and aligning teams to deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs) for program success

**Financial Expertise**:

- Integrate financial systems and processes with Dynamics 365 to optimize business operations and reporting
- Provide insights and recommendations on financial best practices and ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards
- Collaborate with finance teams to design and implement solutions that enhance financial performance and control

**Skills, knowledge and expertise**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience in leading large-scale ERP implementations, preferably with modern ERP solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, is highly desirable
- Comprehensive understanding of Dynamics 365 and financial systems integration
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and experience adapting project management techniques based on the needs of the program
- Ability to work with all levels in the Organization and present and lead meetings with Director/VPs/C-suite
- Strong problem-solving and risk management skills, with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to manage dynamic changes in an agile environment
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Exceptional communication, fluent in English, and interpersonal abilities
