The Content Team at Freeletics translates our unique brand and positioning into content that people love. Engaging and valuable storytelling is the heart of our marketing strategy, so we’re looking for a Video Editor to help us fuel it further. Someone with a sharp eye and fast fingers, who can cut and post produce videos that stop thumbs in their tracks and bring the Freeletics brand to the next level. Someone who can turn a complex product into engaging, bite-sized content. And someone who isn’t afraid to get hands-on around the office or on-set to get the right shot. **Your Responsibilities**:

- Develop, shoot and edit video content across a range of mediums and platforms (e.g. social media, ads, CRM, PR, in-app, web, internal, etc.)
- Translate scripted ideas (synopsis and / or decoupage) into a storyboard based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity
- Collaborate with the marketing, user acquisition, e-commerce and product teams and interact with different stakeholders, preparing assets based on their briefs and input, while incorporating your own expertise
- Manage communication and feedback rounds whenever required for excellent results
- Use performance data for future optimization and learnings
- Support and shoot content at content productions; Develop mood boards with visual examples; Learn motion graphics to elevate video content
- Archive raw and finished video as well as audio content to be used for new projects
- Work with art directors, copywriters and designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and visual identity

**Your Profile**:

- A very creative mind with excellent storytelling skills and someone who loves to work in a team environment
- Preferably at least 2 years’ experience editing, capturing and composing audiovisual material for brand and performance channels
- A passion for motion graphics and new editing technologies, interested in following new social media trends 
- A great sense of color and composition, montage, and audio
- Experience in converting and adapting key visuals into diverse formats
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop)
- Fusion and 3D program knowledge are an advantage
- A strong understanding of social media video formats and ability to produce short-format content in flexible workflow
- Experience shooting and processing video content on mobile devices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills that contribute to the overall company performance and a positive, creative work environment
