Due to continuing growth and development of the Resorts Digital team (working with Heide Park Resort, LEGOLAND Deutschland Resort, LEGOLAND Billund Resort and Gardaland Resort), we’re looking for a Paid Media Executive to join our team, based at our Hamburg Business Support. This role reports into the Performance Marketing Manager on a permanent basis. Hybrid/mobile working is available for this role, with weekly visits to the Hamburg office required.

**About the Role...**

As our Paid Media Executive, you'll be responsible for creating, optimising and managing our paid campaigns across search, social, and display, in collaboration with our third-party agencies. Your success will be measured by driving traffic, revenue, and ROI to achieve our business goals.

Your key objectives include implementing and optimising data-led campaigns, managing PPC and paid social accounts, and delivering weekly reporting and competitor analysis. You'll also work closely with our marketing and eCommerce teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with our overarching goals and maximize performance impact.

**About You...**
- Good working knowledge of Google AdWords, Google Display Network, Google Analytics, and key social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and Youtube)
- Hands on experience of running paid media campaigns ideally via in-house with mínimal agency support
- Proficient use of Excel to create and update reports and work with large data sets to draw insight from
- Be an excellent communicator and influencer
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multi task and hit the ground running within a hand on role
- Must be willing and able to travel to our Merlin European attractions on an occasional basis
- Must have a great command of the English language, both written and oral
- The ability to also speak either German, Danish or Italian is beneficial but not essential
