**Head of Online Marketing (M/F/d) Europe**

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- (Further) development and implementation of the D2C online marketing strategy
- Responsibility for the online marketing budget for more than 20 European markets
- Planning, controlling and evaluation of D2C marketing activities
- Development and implementation of cross-channel, data-based and personalized campaigns along the customer journey for new and existing customers
- Management and optimization of campaign planning processes (including content)
- Continuous development of all measures incl. localization and personalization measures
- Competition and potential analyses for possible entry into new markets
- Identification of insights about customers, personas/segments/cohorts and derivation of corresponding recommendations for action
- KPI monitoring and optimization of analysis and reporting set-up
- Management of agencies
- Disciplinary and functional leadership as well as team building and development
- Challenging the status quo and continuous re-evaluation of activities and structure

YOUR PROFILE:

- At least five years of professional experience in online and performance marketing in e-commerce and a very good understanding of all online marketing channels
- At least two years of experience in leading, building and developing a team
- A conceptual and solution-oriented way of working
- Good analytical skills and a confident handling of numbers, data and facts as well as the appropriate use of tools to derive decisions and recommendations for action
- Very good English skills, understanding of European markets and intercultural competence
- Hands-on mentality and the will to make things happen as well as experience in change processes
- Strong communication skills, persuasiveness and passion
