**Overview**
One of the core tasks of CSO - Corporate Security is to protect Deutsche Bank AG and its employees from physical threats. This includes the investigation of various criminal activities against the bank or its employees, such as arson, extortion, terrorism, kidnapping, robbery and theft. An important part of our work is dealing with threat to staff to avoid psychological pressure in the context of threats and physical violence against employees. The investigator and threat to staff manager has the task of independently carrying out investigations, deriving measures from those and independently dealing with threat situations.
**Responsibilities**
- Run full-scope investigations on topics related to the Corporate Security Investigations mandate
- Operate within the applicable laws and policies governing the investigations
- Liaison and coordinate activities with internal and external stakeholders as appropriate and partner with local or federal law enforcement when necessary
- Acting as the point of contact across the entire process for all unusual and suspicious activity regarding non-financial crime excl. information security
- Support of the process analysis (together with stakeholders) to define risks and gaps within procedures and controls especially regarding crime and threat prevention and its management
- Support of the development of a robust threat to staff management and other corporate security related projects.
**Job skills and qualifications**:
- Degree in forensic science, criminal law, criminology, psychology or other relevant field, alternative proven professional work experience
- Understanding of the relevant law, rules and legislation is desirable
- Experience in threat to staff management is a benefit
- Proven experience within different areas of banking industry or corporate security
- In-depth understanding of business processes and process analysis
- Experience in training and awareness activities
- Fluency in both German and English
