In our ONE Digital team, you will be revolutionizing agriculture with us and help to feed the world sustainably. In a dialogue with our customers and partners, we strive to master the digital transformation in agriculture with a holistic approach. With us, you will directly influence the next generation of Smart Farming solutions. Look forward to exciting, innovative technologies and an agile set-up, with interfaces to all AGCO brands and a varied range of areas. As a global team, consisting of employees from six countries, you will work with dedicated colleagues on the future of agriculture.

**What You Will Do**
- Feature and story refinement of the product
- Maintain conception and integrity of feature or componence of the product
- Quality Control of the product feature
- Product management from the conception to the pilot

**What You Will Bring**
- Bachelor´s degree in agriculture, economics or IT
- Experience with digital Products
- Ability to transform Strategies into an operative level
- Mediation skills
- Ability of solution-oriented thinking
- Experience in agile project management

**A Plus If You Have**
- A proven track record in agile product methodology in area of product development
- A proven experience in agile software
- Strong sense of ownership and motivation to drive innovations and change in an innovative environment
