Senior Fashion Designer

**Job**:
For our Headquarter in Neu-Isenburg, near Frankfurt,
we’re looking for a **Senior Fashion Designer** who lives and breathes **streetwear culture** and brings deep experience from **recognized global or niche streetwear brands**. You'll take the lead on developing our _Better Mainline_ collection, which merges **Alpha Industries’ heritage roots** with **Gen Z - forward streetwear silhouettes** and premium material execution.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll shape one of our most design-driven tiers and collaborate closely with the Design Director to evolve our seasonal product language.

**Your mission**:

- Own and drive the full seasonal design process: concept, sketching, tech packs, fittings, and final approval
- Develop a relevant and modern design language rooted in **military DNA, streetwear history, and contemporary subculture**:

- Lead design for core streetwear categories (outerwear, fleece, jersey, trousers, accessories)
- Research and translate cultural references, art, graphics, and utility wear into cohesive collections
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Design Teamlead, Product Development, Merchandising, and Production
- Present collections to internal stakeholders with confidence and clear storytelling
- Maintain quality, consistency, and innovation across silhouettes and trims

**Your profile**:

- 6+ years’ experience at **renowned streetwear brands**:

- Strong understanding of **fabrication, fit, and trims** in the context of streetwear and utility wear
- Exceptional skills in **sketching, digital rendering, CAD/Illustrator**, and tech pack creation
- Deep cultural fluency in **streetwear, music, youth subcultures, vintage military and workwear**:

- High attention to detail with a bold and original design point of view
- Excellent communication skills, both visual and verbal
- Fluent in English and German

**Bonus Points**
- Experience in multi-tiered brand structures or capsule collections
- Exposure to **European and Asian production processes**:

- Background in styling, trend forecasting, or creative direction is a plus
