Um unser rasantes Wachstum fortzuführen, suchen wir ab sofort eine/n Werkstudent/in in Human Resources - Fokus Employer Branding & Events am Standort Aachen
Aufgaben
- Du bist Teil der Ausarbeitung von Projekten in den Bereichen Employer Branding und unterstützt mit kreativen Ideen (z.B. Entwicklung und Implementierung von Maßnahmen, welche die Zufriedenheit und das Wohlbefinden unseres Teams steigern)
- Du unterstützt im Recruiting, vom Entwerfen der Stellenanzeigen, über Bewerberkommunikation bis hin zur Interviewkoordination
- Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Karrieremessen und Recruiting-Veranstaltungen, bei denen du unser Unternehmen repräsentierst
- Erstellung von Content und Integration von Texten, Bildern und Videos für unsere Social Media Kanäle und Website
- Die Planung unseres monatlichen Team Events (z.B. Bowling, Lasertag, Grillen, etc.) liegt in deinen Händen
- Mitwirkung bei unterschiedlichen Projekten und Initiativen - abhängig von deinen Interessen und Stärken

Qualifikation
- Laufendes Studium im Bereich BWL, Medien-, Kulturwissenschaften, Kommunikation, Psychologie, Geisteswissenschaften oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang ab dem 3. Fachsemester
- Ausgezeichnete Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Empathie, Kreativität sowie interkulturelle Kompetenz zeichnen Dich aus
- Du besitzt ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und Affinität zu Social Media
- Du arbeitest selbständig, strukturiert und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Fundierte MS-Office Kenntnisse
