Aufgaben
- Weiterentwicklung der divisionalen Salesforce-Architektur und fortlaufende Ausrichtung an Best Practices
- Planung der Salesforce Roadmap anhand mittel
- und langfristiger Geschäftsziele
- Synchronisation mit Stakeholdern weltweit
- Beratung von Fachabteilungen hinsichtlich Realisierung spezifischer Geschäftsanforderungen
- Sicherung der Release-Fähigkeit unserer Salesforce-Plattform
- Erstellung von BYK-Salesforce-Richtlinien und Gestaltung entsprechender IT-Prozesse
- Optimierung des Entwicklungs
- und Deployment-Prozesses
- Salesforce-Lizenzmanagement und Unterstützung der fachlichen Vertragsgestaltung
- Steuerung externer Berater im Salesforce-Umfeld
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium einer technischen oder betriebswirtschaftlichen Fachrichtung oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
- Ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz und die Fähigkeit
- sowohl mit technischen IT-Kollegen als auch mit internationalem Senior-Management zu verlässlichen Abstimmungen zu kommen
- Proaktiver Teamplayer mit starker Serviceorientierung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Salesforce Sales Cloud
- der Salesforce Service Cloud und im Bereich von SAP-ERP-Schnittstellen
- Umfassendes Wissen im Umgang mit verschiedenen Salesforce-Applikationen in Multi-Org-Umgebungen
- Zertifikate in Scrum
- Projekt Management und ITIL sowie Expertise in Marketing
- und Verkaufsprozessen sind von Vorteil
- Zertifizierung als Salesforce System/Application Architect
