** What You'll Do**- Processing (checking, pre-accounting, posting) of incoming invoices-
- Verifying and processing travel and other expenses-
- Preparation of monthly account reconciliation and month-end closing reporting-
- Master data maintenance in our ERP system (Workday) and various tools-
- Documentation and participation in the optimization of processes (digitalisation / automation)-
- Communication with external and internal stakeholders-
- Support in the Tax or Treasury team if needed.-
- **What You'll Need to Succeed**- Student, preferably with background in or interest in business administration / finance / accounting / economics-
- Good analytical skills-
- You use efficiently Excel / Google Sheets-
- You can communicate in fluent English and collaborate well with internal and external stakeholder-
- You work diligently and carefully-
- You are proactive and solution-oriented, you have hands-on mentality-
