What we do

Briink is a B2B SaaS platform that uses AI to help investors make more sustainable investment decisions, and makes it easier for companies to access the trillions in capital being mobilized toward the climate transition.

Your role

**Salary range**: 50.000 - 70.000 (OTE)

As an Account Executive, you will work closely with the sales and marketing team to identify, qualify, and close new prospects, as well as upsell and cross-sell existing customers.

**Your role & responsibilities**:

- Identifying and engaging with potential clients to grow sales of our B2B SaaS platform
- Understanding clients' needs and challenges, and demonstrating how Briink's platform can help them accelerate their sustainable finance strategies
- Building strong relationships with clients and effectively communicating the value of Briink's platform
- Conducting market research to identify new sales opportunities and developing and executing sales strategies
- Helping define and structure the Briink sales process, and ensure it scales as Briink grows
- Staying up to date on developments in the sustainable finance and AI sectors
- Identifying and participating in relevant industry events, conferences, webinars and networking events and contributing to the generation of qualified leads
- Handling negotiations and closing deals

**Profile**:
**\_\_Must-haves**:

- Mandatory: Either French or German C2/ Native level language skills
- 2+ years selling complex SaaS solutions in a B2B setting, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1 year working in early stage tech startups (Seed or Series A stage)
- Strong motivation to use your skills to fight climate change and promote sustainability
- Experience in structuring and closing bigger accounts/ multi-stakeholder deals
- Outstanding oral and written communications skills, as well as excellent presentation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively to a broad audience and build consensus within various levels of an organization
- Strong computer and technical skills, and experience with sales tools (Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in Spanish, or Dutch a plus

**Nice-to-haves**:

- Sustainable finance domain expertise (with the EU taxonomy in particular)
- Experiencing in selling to financial institutions (e.g. asset managers, asset owners, private equity funds)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, constantly changing start-up environment
