**What can you expect with us?**:

- Content generation for international IT/ Digital HR marketing (e.g. social media postings, videos, hackathons, etc.)
- Screening and cooperation with online recruiting platforms
- Consulting for country organizations regarding IT/ Digital recruiting approach and tooling
- Build-up of international exchange formats for the IT/ Digital recruiting community
- Operational support for our recruiting efforts in the German market across the whole applicant lifecycle (incl. active sourcing via LinkedIn, interviewing, coordination with relevant hiring managers)
- Continuous improvement of service quality and (internal) customer experience

**What do you bring to the table?**:

- You have successfully completed your studies in business administration, psychology or computer science (or related fields), ideally with marketing/ HR focus
- You have hands-on professional experience in tech recruiting
- You represent a sales/marketing-driven mindset and are eager to provide applicants with a great impression and experience of GLS
- You are interested in the IT/ Digital industry and have at least basic technical knowledge
- You have a close eye on the recruiting market and enjoy exploring new approaches and technologies
- You have very good communication skills (both oral and written) and are fluent in English and German
