Our growing team is looking for a Sales & Admin coordinator in our Karlsruhe office to support the execute Sales Administration tasks and carry out HR and admin tasks also function as the administrative link between ACS and PI companies.

**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**:
Sales and Marketing:

- Support Organization of sales activities (hosting, hotel, restaurants)
- Invitations to customers, partners and coordinate appointments

Office Admin tasks:

- Support of book keeping
- Office facilities and coordinate equipments for staff
- Support shipments

HR Coordinating:

- Coordinate, execute, and support activities related to employee hiring, training, continuing development, welfare, and retirement/termination in alignment with Corporate HR
