“Winning in Germany” is the name of a strategic program of Genpact which aims to facilitate the development of business with German headquartered companies. It is one of the Top 10 priorities of the Genpact Board. The strategic program is a multi-year initiative with an accompanying investment program.
Genpact aims to build a dedicated Germany based team to lead and execute the program.
As a part of this program, we are looking for a **Working Student or Intern to join our Sales Team - Business Developing in the DACH region.**
We are looking to win a student to join our organization part-time as Working Student or Intern to support the Management of Genpact in developing its business in the DACH Region.
**Your tasks**:
- Support in running strategic or sales related projects
- Providing research for management on a strategic and ad hoc level on a variety of topics (e.g., research of an industry vertical, research on a target company, research on trends in SL, research on ESG )
- Supporting the team with sales support services in active tenders (e.g., developing proposals, project management, driving part projects, developing presentations, preparing meetings )
- Preparing analytics for the sales leadership
- how large international professional services company offer services which help to transform the German industry towards a more cost-efficient, digital, and analytical driven future
- sales and sales processes and how they can be run and developed
- working in a very international environment and experiencing intercultural working in a large multi-national service provider
**Your qualifications**:
- With a hands-on approach and can-do attitude
- A high level of commitment, curiosity and creativity, as well as an independent way of working
- A service-oriented, structured, independent working style is a matter of course for you
- You have very good written and oral communication skills in German and English
- International experience is an advantage
- Good computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
