**Your mission**

As a Kitchen Porter, you will be responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of dishes, kitchen equipment, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

**Key responsibilities**

Kitchen operations
- Perform dishwashing, drying, and storing dishes, glassware, etc.
- Clean production areas and facilities dedicated to food service (utensils, cold storage, floors, etc.)
- Maintain the workstation
- Assist in the kitchen
- Maintain equipment and facilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure the breakfast and lunch service times go smoothly
- Always maintain the cleanliness and hygiene

Food & Safety
- Follow hygiene and food safety regulations
- Adhere to safety guidelines
- Understand the importance of CAYG (Clean As You Go)
- Support the Chef with records keeping

Stock Management
- Handle the reception, inspection, and storage of goods in the storage areas
- Participate in inventory management
- Be the point of contact during all deliveries and waste management

**Your profile**

You are the Kitchen Porter we’re looking for it you tick these boxes
- Prior experience in a quick service restaurant
- Organizational skills
- Competence in both oral and written English
- Team spirit
- Time management skills
- Task prioritisation
- Eye for detail

**Contract details**
- Contract: permanent
- Work schedule: 40h, from Monday to Friday
- Salary: 2150€ gross /month
- Deutschland ticket reimbursement, up to 59€ / month
- Localisation: Central Berlin

**Hiring Process**

Pay: 2.150,00€ per month
