**This is what you can do**:

- Responsibility for spare parts supply for the Dornier 328 customers worldwide;
- End-to-end management in coordination with the logistics support team regarding spare parts and services;
- Order monitoring from goods issue to goods receipt (delivery time monitoring etc.);
- Regular contact with customers through conference calls;
- Handling of order changes and customer complaints;
- Monitoring of invoicing and contract fulfillment for customer orders;
- Responsible for the sale of new products and aircraft upgrades.

**You’ll bring this with you**:

- Completed training as a graduated engineer or as a technician (aviation) or comparable training;
- Good commercial knowledge;
- At least 5 years of professional experience in aviation;
- Detailed knowledge of aircraft-specific equipment and systems;
- Knowledge of processes and requirements in an aviation maintenance organization and related rules and regulations;
- Very good knowledge of SAP S4/HANA and MS Office;
- Willingness to travel and work on-call/shift work;
- A valid reliability check in accordance with LuftSiG -7 (ZÜP) is required for this position;
- Enjoy working in an international, fast-growing environment with short decision-making processes;
- Team-oriented mindset and a positive, hands-on attitude;
- Independent working style and willingness to take on responsibility;
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
