**YOUR ROLE**

As an Expert 3D Artist (Character), you will become a core member of the team in creating characters for GENRE-DEFINING mid/hardcore sports and strategy games for mobile, console and pc (3rd and 1st person action games) A professional who falls in love with our players and their needs. Someone who looks beyond art and wants to understand the business standing behind the product. Someone who like to team up with industry veterans to build a new industry standard.
- To work closely with the whole team to prototype and create in-game character assets, workflows and pipelines in Unity.
- To be responsible for pushing the boundaries of quality (visual, technique, workflow and pipelines) across the team by demonstrating hands-on what can be achieved.
- To be independent and take a project/idea/concept from start to finish.
- To react to design changes and related feedback with thought out solutions and effective planning to achieve the goals.
- To work closely with outsourced art partners to improve visual quality, scale in quantity, track progress and final integration to the project with the tech team.
- To work under strict deadlines and scoping work appropriately to deliver quality.

**YOUR SKILL SET**
- You have 5+ years of hands-on experience in modelling and character art.
- You have experience working with 3ds Max/Maya/Blender, Photoshop, ZBrush and substance painter/alchemist.
- You have experience in prototyping and working with diverse teams consisting of artists, and engineers.
- You have experience working with character generation systems with accessories.
- You have knowledge of the latest industry-standard tools, workflows, and techniques including physically based rendering.
- You can demonstrate an expert understanding of human anatomy, clothing construction (wrinkle behaviour), proportion, silhouette, and topology, and how it relates to rendering and deformation.
- You can demonstrate an understanding and ability to prototype a broad mix of character-related disciplines such as modelling, texturing, shading, rigging and binding, animation, facial animation, and blend shapes.
- You can demonstrate an expert ability to prepare assets for physical simulations such as cloth, hair.
- You have experience of working in a fast & iterative production environment (MVP mindset)

BIG PLUS
- You have experience creating main characters for First Person Shooter and Third Person Shooters.
- You have experience with motion capture processes for character animations.
- You have experience with the latest procedural generation systems for character art.
- You have some experience with AI-based animations systems for character art.
- You can demonstrate an excellent ability to interpret 2D reference material and scan data into 3D textured and surfaced models.
- You can demonstrate an ability to document workflows to be used by our teams.
