We are on the lookout for an “Senior Pricing and Promotions Analyst, Quick Commerce (Dmarts)” to join the Pandora Commercial Quick Commerce team in Berlin on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Be part of redefining how customers experience quick commerce. You’ll help build technology that scales our non-food offerings, reaching new market segments and driving revenue growth. By innovating within our Quick Commerce Team, you’ll make Delivery Hero the go-to platform for a broad range of products, helping us grow faster and deliver more value to customers around the world.

**What are you going to do**
- Develop and implement strategies for Pricing and Promotions to drive growth and profitability.
- Lead performance measurement and analysis of pricing and promotional initiatives to optimize impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple departments and countries to align strategies and execution.
- Provide senior management with insights, reports, and recommendations to enhance pricing and promotional effectiveness.
- Consolidate and share best practices from different markets to improve overall business performance.
- Support senior leadership with data-driven decision-making, business cases, and strategic initiatives.

**What you need to be successful**
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience (not counting internships) in an e-commerce, tech or management consulting company
- You have deep critical-thinking skills and problem-solving ability.
- You know how to take the initiative, seeking out opportunities to learn new skills and put the ones you’ve already got to good use
- Excellent English Communication skills, both written and spoken
- SQL / BigQuery
- Advanced Excel / Google suite
