Then join zooplus as **Central Promotions Lead (all genders)**
While you will be able to show your analytical skills in fulfilling the tasks of the Promotion Evaluation part, your strategical and communicative ones will be represented in the part of Promotion Strategy & Execution, and in the cooperation with Central Campaign Planning team, Vendor Management, Own Brands, Direct Marketing and Loyalty when it comes to Major Promotions.

**Your tasks**:
**Promotion Evaluation**
- You will own the performance analysis for our promotions, ensuring that we spend our promotional budget in an efficient and effective way, whilst delivering a meaningful customer experience with the objective of maximizing ROI and ROS
- You will steer and guide central and local commercial team, being their key point of contact, setting guidelines, best practices and giving targeted direction when it comes to promotions, striving for a continuously improving commercial performance

**Promotion Strategy & Execution**
- You will define and own the central strategy and execution when it comes to key promotional instruments such as Product Promotions (discounts, price off, etc.), Coupons, Vouchers, Samples, etc.
- You will improve our planning and execution processes, analyzing current workflows, driving improvement and automation
- You will be a close partner to our tech/product teams when it comes to defining and collecting requirements for the promotion tech tools (planning and execution), influencing and steering the product development roadmaps

**Qualifications**:
**What you´ll need to be successful in this role**:

- 4-5 years of experience in an analytical role. Client-facing work is a big plus (for example, in consulting, start-ups, technology, banking, or strategy)
- Advanced Excel skills required, combined with advanced SQL or GBQ knowledge
- Knowledge of data visualization or business intelligence software is a big plus (e.g. Google Data Studio, Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)
- Extremely collaborative and effective in a cross-functional and dynamic environment, ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
