**Your Role & Impact**:

- You will have the career-defining opportunity to bridge the gap between the traditional finance world and DeFi ecosystems. You’ll lay the foundation to inform bunch’s crypto strategy, with a particular focus on crypto funds, DAOs, and tokeneconomics, giving us a robust foundation for the future while delivering meaningful impact to our users as quickly as possible.
- Besides strategising, you will actively steer the decision making process and implementation for our crypto offerings and overall set-up, making sure we meet all regulatory requirements while staying up to date with legal changes that affect our products.
- As an expert and active thought leader, you’ll take responsibility for defining strategic partnerships, advise key stakeholders and be the focal point of the local external relationships of crypto, handling any crypto related inquiries.
- Likewise you will be the first touchpoint internally, not only working cross-functionally with product, engineering, operations, BizDev, marketing, legal and compliance, but acting as a thought partner to C-level executives, and chief educator for the broader team on the ins and outs of crypto technologies.

**What you should bring to the party**:

- We’re looking for someone who has a strong passion and familiarity with crypto, decentralised governance, and interest in shaping the future of private markets.
- Relevant experience in traditional financial industries / FinTechs is a plus.
- Exposure to crypto regulation is an even bigger plus, including an understanding of AML.
- A demonstrated track record of working cross functionally to earn trust from colleagues across all functions and levels, as well as building new business lines / products from scratch that are launched, used, and loved by customers.
- An astronaut’s mindset: pivoting from the bigger picture macro view, down to the micro-details on the ground and back up again effortlessly, i.e., you are able to think big, but break it down into actionable steps.
- Previous experience in highly-regulated industries is a huge plus.
- You are self-driven and entrepreneurial, i.e., comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment, stepping up and taking the lead on challenging, ambiguous work.
- Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn is a must.
- You are capable of multi-tasking and wearing multiple hats.
