**Job Description**:
As part of the Innovation Management team in Munich, you will help empower Brainlab to innovate by improving our R&D project-management infrastructure. You will be involved in the day-to-day business of the Project Support Office and drive automation and data analytics in your our project-management infrastructure in R&D. You will work in a highly dynamic environment, collaborate closely with our R&D department and assume responsibilities for own topics that you can drive with your dedication and creativity. Thereby, you will get the opportunity to gain practical work experience and a high-level perspective on Brainlab’s business, research activities and the development of innovations.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Create reports and dashboards that provide meaningful insights and reduce manual processes
- Manage tableau driven implementations, architecture and administration
- Improve existing dashboards and reports
- Model and develop automated processes using Microsoft Power Automate and other automation tools
- Assist in building a new project-management tool landscape with a high degree of automation
- Support ongoing projects and other day-to-day team activities

**Qualifications**:

- Study in computer science, business informatics or related field
- You are an “automation junky with an automate everything” mindset
- You are comfortable working with various databases (SQL, Sharepoint etc.)
- Experience with Tableau or other BI tools (e.g., Qlik Sense, Power BI) to connect databases and build charts/dashboards is a plus
- Experience in working with automation tools (Microsoft Power Automate, Flow, Nintex, RPA etc.)
- You enjoy working with, transforming and visualizing data, you like coming up with new ideas and you would like to work in an agile work environment
- Understanding about project management and knowledge in project management methods and tools is a plus
- Well-organized, proactive and clearly structured working style
- Very good skills in English
- Available for at least six months
