**YOUR MISSION**:
You will be part of the CHRO (Chief People Officer) org, where you will have a substantial impact on the future of Getsafe. This isn't a typical intern role as you will have the possibility to join a high performing team in building a world-class function. You will have the opportunity to enable the organisation to serve Getsafe's business needs and develop an agile workplace to boost our growth. We're looking for someone to:

- Support all parts of the employee lifecycle incl. onboarding, people admin, workplace & off-boarding processes.
- Lead operational projects with internal and external stakeholders end to end.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, our Finance & Legal team, and external stakeholders such as benefits providers.
- Act as office ambassador for our Heidelberg or Berlin office, building our hybrid culture and supporting our company events to boost collaboration.
- You will get the chance to work on a multitude of projects across our People & Organisation function working part of a team but also leading tasks.
