We are "Best Trade Finance Service Provider 2024" (Euromoney). Our goal is to maintain and expand this outstanding position. By working with colleagues in the bank's global network, we develop integrated, sustainable solutions for our renowned clients. **Your tasks** - Responsibility of an individual customer portfolio. Individual Advisor and personal contact person for the customer around Trade Finance Flow products (one face to the customer/single point of contact) as well as responsibility for Group and corporate customers with great earnings potential in the product categories: Documentary Business (Collections and Letter of Credits) and Guarantee Business as well as Marketing of our access channel solutions - Implementation of solution-oriented discussions with customers on our compliance requirements and ensuring the execution and, if necessary, escalation of transaction monitoring on the transaction - Understanding of customer needs in order to guarantee comprehensive advice in Trade Finance Flow products, development of sales rates and acquisition of new mandates for our cooperation partners as well as development and implementation of product workshops tailored to the respective customer (virtually and at the customer's site) - Overall responsibility for successful transaction processing, esp. in cooperation with the Center of Excellence and the Processing Center in India responsible for operational execution - Responsible for compliance with all non-financial risk controls, including coordination and escalation processes and identification of opportunities for improvement in current and future transaction processing - Guidance of colleagues in the team on complex business **Your skills and experience** - Completed studies in business administration, training as a banker or comparable qualification - A wide-range in experience in the field of trade finance as well as in advising and servicing corporate clients - High degree of openness to new challenges, assertiveness and impressive commitment, resilience as well as the ability to acquire topics independently and to accompany various challenges in parallel with appropriate prioritization - Proactive, independent and structured work in cross-functional, intercultural teams across hierarchies, regions and time zones - Open-mindedness and ability to exchange information within the team as well as to impart expertise and competence - Fluent oral and written communication skills in German and English, command of French or e.g. Japanese, Korean or Chinese could be an advantage **What we offer** We provide you with a comprehensive portfolio of benefits and offerings to support both, your private and professional needs. - **Emotionally and mentally balanced** A positive mind helps us master the challenges of everyday life - both professionally and privately.
