The HR Unit is responsible for managing our exceptional workforce. We support and collaborate with management across six jurisdictions (France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Finland, and the United Kingdom) while driving our business growth in Europe. The HR Unit oversees the entire employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, retention, learning, careers, and mobility. We also handle internal communication, employee relations, and legal compliance. Our goal is to add value to business operations, contribute to company development, and foster a positive corporate culture.We are seeking an exceptional HR Generalist/HR Business Partner who is passionate about people, ready to make an impact, and eager to drive the growth of our talents and their own career.

Tasks
- Assist the Head of HR in developing the HR strategy.
- Partner with all business units to address people-related matters and contribute to business conversations.
- Consult, assist, and empower line managers in managing people-related issues, offering guidance on performance management, mentoring, career planning, coaching, etc.
- Support line managers in creating a positive employee relations environment, promoting a healthy workplace, boosting morale, and reducing turnover.
- Assist line managers in handling organizational, people, and change-related challenges.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders such as benefits and training providers to deliver appropriate solutions for our employees.
- Work with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop learning solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Design and implement effective training programs using various delivery methods.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Manage the annual performance management cycle.
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
- Support the induction process for HR and other business functions.
- Contribute to the development, deployment, and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance to employees and support the implementation of HR interventions on various HR topics.
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee experience, retention, and productivity.
- Foster a strong organizational culture.
- Take ownership of HR portals.
- Prepare and update internal social dashboards, corporate social reports, and reports for the French Works Council, analyzing collected data.
- Stay informed about employment laws and regulations.
- Support the Head of HR in deploying and implementing the HR agenda and roadmap.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrate strong professional ethics and respect for confidentiality.
- Hold a Master's degree in Human Resources Management or business management/administration.
- Have at least 5 years of successful experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.
- Possess business acumen and the ability to understand our company, industry, and business environment. Experience in the payment/finance/banking industry or with an international company is a plus.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of various HR disciplines, including diversity and inclusion, performance management, compensation and benefits, talent management, and employee and labor relations.
- Have operational proficiency in core HR processes and practices and the ability to proactively identify people-related issues.
- Possess knowledge and/or experience with national and regional employment legislation, tax, and social security regulations.
- Have a good grasp of HR techniques and excellent people management skills.
- Demonstrate excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively across units and countries.
- Excel in coaching, mentoring, and relationship building.
- Show clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, along with presentation skills.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills.
- Possess change management and project management capabilities.
- Be proficient in documenting processes and staying updated with industry trends.
- Have proficiency in HR software, information systems, and technologies such as business intelligence.
- Be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Understand data interpretation, collection, and creation, with demonstrable experience in HR metrics and comfort with numbers and data.
- Have strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Be fluent in English and German (full professional proficiency). Knowledge of additional European languages, such as French, Dutch, Italian, or Finnish, is a plus for interacting with third parties in different European countries.
