**TASKS**
- Project Organization in the field of health care at German subsidiaries
- Project support: Creation of various check-up processes with resources and workplace setup planning
- Various tasks in our medical health center
- Preventive and emergency medical care of our employees
- Carrying out various medical examinations (e.g. ECG, vision and hearing tests, laboratory examinations and blood pressure measurements etc.)
- Health campaign Support at German subsidiaries, e.g flu vaccination campaign
- Administrative tasks, e.g documentation of medical services
- Calendar maintenance and scheduling

**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**

**Necessary knowledge**
- High social competence and ability to work in a team
- High level of customer orientation, commitment and flexibility
- Competencies in project management and independent project work
- Experience in medical check-up processes and implementation
- Expertise in general and emergency medicine

**Preferred Skills**
- Medical English and German, both written and spoken
- Advanced IT knowledge e.g medical Software Basis
- Leadership and Service attitude

**PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE**
- At least 6 years of professional experience as a medical professional / nurse
- Project experience e.g. executive check ups, screen glasses process
- Deep dive knowledge in the field of internal medicine as well as in-depth skills in preventive examinations such as ergometry and spirometry
