For our Hamburg Headquarters we are recruiting - part-time with 20 hours per week - a**Sales Assistant (M/F/d) Cruise Liner**

Your new job includes
- As Sales Assistant (M/F/d) Cruise Liner you are responsible for the optimal customer and product group support in cooperation with your sales team. In particular you will- be the contact person for administrative and organizational tasks, mainly related to the Category Management FAWJ (Fashion, Accessories, Watches and Jewellery)
- prepare distribution requests as well as create and communicate brand presentations, merchandising guidelines, image catalogs and POSM overviews with the help of the specialized departments
- keep the promotional space plans of the shops up to date
- take over the listing of modules and articles in SAP, maintain MRP characteristics and import forecasts and surplus quantities into the system
- order and track brand-related POSM and organize and coordinate brand training sessions
- support the procurement and assortment of logo merchandise and regional assortments as well as the creation of têxtile dividers in preparation for the supply of the seasonal assortment

What you should bring along
- A completed commercial education and first professional experience in a similar function
- Enthusiasm for the product group Fashion, Accessories, Watches & Jewellery
- Very good German and English language skills
- Confident use of the MS Office package and SAP
- Independent working style, organizational talent and teamwork enthusiasm
- Strong service orientation and communication skills within and outside the team
