We are committed to our team members’ development and empower those who wish to discover different areas of our business or acquire international experiences. **Job Description**: Supporting the KAM team of 4 members and collaborating directly with the Sales Manager, you will be working with the Sales manager and the KAMs and supporting sales activities and the relationship with customers (mainly customers in Traditional Market for product categories Stationery in Germany and Austria). You will be interacting with the “Traditional Market Stationary” and more precisely with trade channels such as “Office Supply”, “Wholesalers”, and "Traditional Trade” as main stakeholders. **Sales Support** - Support KAM in offer preparation - Monthly reporting to customers (turnover) - Sending of product information for customer database - Create Daily reports /sales/Units) - Activity plans and control in the trade development of customers-individual solutions - Tracking of promotions **Marketing activities** - Preparation of mailing activities (catalog sending, pricelists, product information) - Samples ordering & sending - Preparation and participation to trade fairs **Qualifications**: - Higher education or equivalent by experience - First experience in** Sales environment**: - Good level of **German & English**: - Well organized and structured approach with good **Excel **skills - ** Team-player** with good communication skills Additional Information - ** Flexible remote-working policy** BIC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
