If you and KoRo surfing the same wave, we will surely find a solution for you to stay part of our team after your internship. - Communication & Feel-Good-Management: You make sure that our employees feel comfortable and support them with your expertise - Project management: You will be responsible for long-term and medium-term projects in areas such as employer branding pr recruiting and help to make team events unforgettable - You will take on exciting tasks in day-to-day operations **Profile**: - You are studying business administration, (business) psychology, economics or a similar field - preferably with a focus on human resources - career changers welcome - Experience in the HR area is a plus, but not a must - You are passionate about HR topics of all kinds and have a "hands-on" mentality - You are confident in using the current MS Office programs (or the Google counterparts) - You have a very good command of German and English, both written and spoken - You are good with people, you are communicative and it is easy for you to approach others - You are an organizational talent with a lot of motivation and high commitment - You are flexible and you like to learn new software and programs quickly Sounds good?
