Team Coordinator Tech

**THE TEAM**

We are looking for a Tech Team Coordinator to join our Operations team. Our Operations team is the focal point for all administrative tasks, responsible for creating and maintaining a pleasant working environment that ensures a high level of organisational efficiency, communication and safety.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

The role aims to ensure that the business processes in the Tech team run smoothly and efficiently by taking care of all organisational and administrative tasks.
Your tasks will include:

- Be the contact person within the tech team, and handle all administrative and organisational tasks.
- Meeting coordination for the Engineering Managers.
- Coordination of external service providers.
- Organisational support for the workshop, labs, and testing facilities.
- Preparation of meeting agendas, taking notes & actions when needed, helping the team to unpick problems.
- Support in the processing of orders, e.g. through research.
- Support of the Tech team onboarding program.
- Support of certification coordination & processes (ISO, Tisax).

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable learning new things, technical systems in particular, as needed.
- Business fluency in English and German language - written and spoken.
- Excellent organisational skills and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of common office tools, and Google workspace.
- Strong detail-orientation.
