**About Fashion Cloud**
We are changing the fashion wholesale industry with the innovative products that our customers love. We are now looking for a colleague who wants to join us as the leader of our Smart Replenishment business unit and lead the product towards the commercial success.
We are looking for a driven and motivated executive with solid data-driven approach to business development who will share our mission of making wholesale fashion a better place, and a people leader who can enable the team and unlock their potential

As a Head of Smart Replenishment you will work closely with many people and teams across the organisation: product and engineering, data, sales and account managers and course the management team. You will be the one who will set the long-term vision for the team and the product development and have hand-on proactive approach on day-to-day work.

**What the role is about**

Smart Replenishment is our product for smart reorder, where you help retailers and brands increase their business in a smart way. We are looking for a person who is read to engage with our customers and lead the team to success with this product. One of your core challenges will also be to identify how the product should be developed further.

**What to expect**
- You will create strategic partnerships with customers to drive success of the product and work our network effects, and find new growth strategies;
- You will provide guidance for a product development and product engagement team (6 people);
- You will report to management on certain predetermined KPIs and a partial P&L for the product;
- You will build a vision for your team, and discuss team expansion plans with management;
- You will function as a team lead for the Product Success Managers in your team: help them grow and evaluate their performance;
**That's what you bring to the table**
- Proven servant leadership experience: empowering and motivating the team comes natural to you at this stage in your career;
- You are a business development guru: you know your methods, tools, approaches to get the customers onboard and make them happy;
- You have strong affinity to the fashion industry: you’ve either worked in the industry or had strong business relationships with the parties in the industry;
- You are full of energy and can push through barriers;
- You have experience with being responsible for an end result, and have a proven ability to meet goals;
- Managing multiple challenges simultaneously and very autonomously is something that excites you;
- You speak English and German fluently. Why? English is our company language and also your team will partly be international. But many of our customers will also be German-speaking;
- You laugh, at least twice, daily.
