**Fund Accountant (M/F/d)**

Frankfurt Full-time non-permanent

BNP Paribas Securities Services provides asset-servicing services to investment funds, securities and alternative assets throughout the investment process. The unit is the largest depositary for securities, real estate funds in Germany and one of the five leading global clients worldwide. Around 300 employees in Germany develop integrated digital solutions for all customer segments from one source.

Challenges that let you grow:

- Control and booking of business transactions that are not centralised (e.B securities, listed derivatives, spot and forward transactions, dividends, coupons, subscriptions and redemptions)
- Verification (Second Level Check) of the fund price confirmations of all Fund Accounting Teams
- Daily reconciliation of cash accounts and escalation of issues
- Daily reconciliation of securities and financial instruments with custody or broker statements
- Daily NAV Calculation (Ensure payment and correct calculation of fees payable by the fund (management fees, custody fees, asset manager fees)
- NAV Reconciliation (ex. Investigation and tracking of issues, confirmation of price per share to be published etc.)
- Cooperation with other relevant departments (clearing, custody, compliance, etc.)
- Corporate Actions (ex. Reporting of events)

Skills that convince:

- Appropriate academic background
- First professional experience is required
- Knowledge of Fund Accounting operational processes, procedures and services
- Knowledge of Market and Financing operational services, processes and procedures
- Ability to follow processes on transaction and ensure rigorous and reliable data capture
- Goal and client satisfaction oriented
- Communication strength and ability to collaborate/teamwork
- Very good German and English language skills in word and writing
