In view of a major expansion, we are currently looking for an experienced and ambitious
**Head of Customer Support (M/F/d)**:
located in our offices in **Kirchheim unter Teck (near Stuttgart), **Germany

**Your principal tasks**:

- Active contribution to customer satisfaction across all European regions
- Strategic expansion of the service portfolio
- Promotion of new service products in cooperation with Corporate Marketing
- Active quality management for all products and services to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
- Planning and monitoring staff education and training

**Your qualification**:

- A (technical) university degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or adequate knowledge and skills
- Relevant work experiences in service of sophisticated machine tools and machining centres
- Strong leadership capabilities with a high level of motivation and confidence
- Analytical skills, logical thinking and acting, a quick mind, combined with a strong customer orientation
- Commercial knowledge and a natural affinity to sales are very welcomed
- Very good knowledge of English, written as well as spoken, is required
