Therefore, we only offer watches that have been tested and certified for quality and authenticity by experienced watchmakers in our master workshop. Since our establishment in 2013, our vision has been to define the market through accessibility, first-class service and a safe shopping experience. We have an international presence with our lounges in Cologne, Zug and Hong Kong, among others. For the expansion of our team, we are looking for the following support on a full-time basis for our location in Cologne with an ideally soon start date:
(SENIOR) EXPERT LOGISTICS (M/W/D)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
- You support our 7-people strong Logistics-team in the handling of the worldwide shipping of luxury watches
- You are responsible for the operational processes from goods receiving to picking to a focus within the issue of our goods
- You pack luxury watches and accessories and prepare the shipment with high diligence
- You record, maintain and update the data of the goods in our merchandise management system and also carry out regular inventories with our ERP warehouse management system
- You prepare watches for personal handovers to our customers
- You participate in operative projects in the field of logistics and support the reporting process of relevant key figures for logistics
YOUR PROFILE - WHAT COUNTS WITH US IS WHAT MAKES YOU TICK
- You have successfully completed an apprenticeship or a degree with a focus in Logistics or a comparable field
- You gained 3-4 years professional experience in Logistics, supply chain management, wholesale and foreign trade or in a forwarding agency
- You are diligent, enjoy working in a team and impress with your experience, proactivity and ability to work on your own initiative
- You are hard-working, have high standards in your work and are highly trustworthy with an appropriate criminal record certificate
- You are fluent in German, speak & understand English on a good level and ideally have a class B driver's license
