**Ihre Aufgaben**: - Erarbeitung einer theoretischen Grundlage für einen digitalen Kundenkanal zur Kundenbeziehung im Consulting - Recherche und Bewertung verschiedener Ansätze für eine digitale Plattform zur Kundenbeziehungspflege - Erarbeitung einer Plattformstrategie - Identifizierung und Validierung von Kunden-Painpoints und Konzeptionierung und Erstellung des MVPs für eine digitale Plattform
- **Damit punkten Sie bei uns**: - Eingeschrieben in einen Studiengang (Bachelor oder Master) mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Bezug (z.B. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Intra
- und Entrepreneurship) - Praxisbezug durch Praktika oder bereits erste Berufserfahrung - IT-Affinität und Interesse an Digitalisierungslösungen sowie eigener Umsetzung - Kreativität und Interesse an konzeptioneller Arbeit - Fachlich ambitioniert, motiviert und gleichzeitig ein guter Teamplayer - Kundenorientiertes und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
