Internship - Private Equity - Germany

**Missions**:
You will be part of the newly established Private Equity team in Frankfurt, Germany and will participate in the evaluation, filtering, execution and monitoring of private equity transactions in the European mid-market and you will be in charge of the following missions:
- Perform sector, strategic and financial analysis of target companies;
- Build financial model and perform scenario analysis on company business plan;
- Write investment memos and participate in the investment committee process;
- Contribute to structuring and executing financing, legal documentation and negotiation;
- Attend management meetings;
- Help in monitoring portfolio companies.
**Profile**:
- You have superior ability to synthesize the output from analyses, identify the ‘so-what,’ and proactively propose the next line of inquiry;
- You show fine communication skills, with passionate attention to detail;
- As a team player, you are results oriented, and wish to thrive and learn in an entrepreneurial and dynamic company;
- You have a strong knowledge of financial analysis;
- Previous internship experience is highly recommended;
- Good expertise of Excel and Power Point;
- Fluent in English and/ or German;
- Currently pursuing or holding a degree from a top tier school or university with a specialization in Finance.
