Elevator Systems Maintenance, Safety Inspection

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks on elevator systems to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
- Conduct thorough safety inspections of elevator systems, identifying and addressing any potential hazards or malfunctions.
- Execute necessary repairs and replacements of elevator components, including motors, cables, doors, and controls.
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance, inspections, and repairs performed on elevator systems.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team and facility management to prioritize and schedule maintenance activities.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to other team members as needed.
- Stay updated on advancements in elevator technology and safety standards.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of two (2) years of documented experience in the field of Maintenance, Safety Inspection, and Repair of Elevator Systems.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting elevator system issues.
- Strong understanding of relevant safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and resources.
- Certification or licensure in elevator maintenance and repair preferred.
- Fluent in German language (spoken and written).
