About the Job

You are passionate for innovation, you love learning about new technologies and concepts, and you are enthusiastic about automotive and tech as much as we are.

As an Innovation Tool Specialist, you have hands-on IT Admin experience, familiar with cloud-based solutions and state-off-the art project management tools and systems, such as Jira or AHA

In this role you will own our internal set of tools, including AHA Roadmaps, Idea Portal, and Innovation Hub (SharePoint based). You will support tool customization and maintenance, including technical support on ongoing basis.

What You Will Do
- Maintaining and customizing tools for idea management (AHA Roadmap, Idea Portals) and Automotive Innovation Hub (SharePoint based)
- Customizing forms, workflows, user interface website if/when required adapted to innovation process
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for AHA toolset (Roadmaps, Ideas)
- Lead innovation toolset integrations with other systems/tools and in Harman Digital Environment
- Technical issues handling
- Managing innovation tools documentation (user training materials, policies, guidelines)
- Training of Employees, Q&A, or Innovation Tool Wiki
- Engage with tool vendors and internal stakeholders to implement change requests

What You Need
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or comparable practical experience
- Good knowledge and hands on experience as an Admin of Jira and/or AHA Tools
- Experience in web design tools and languages (HTML, JS, CSS)
- Experience in UI/UX design nice to have
