München, Deutschland Friendly Captcha GmbH Vollzeit

TLDR: If you’re excited about tech, love start-ups, and want to work closely with our founding team to grow alongside our friendly cybersecurity startup, join us J

**Who we are**:
We are Friendly Captcha, a SaaS startup that offers bot protection which is privacy-friendly and does not require Internet users to perform tasks such as clicking images of cars, making it accessible to all humans.

We’re looking for a Founder's Associate who wants to contribute to our fully bootstrapped, profitable, and growing business. This role allows you to get exposed to all areas of our business from day 0, and to make your role more adherent to your preferences and skills as you grow inside the company. With thousands of websites that we protect every day, millions of happy Internet users, the world’s leading organizations as our customers, and a world-class team, we welcome you to join us on our vision to create a safe Internet that is accessible for all humans.

**Your job at Friendly Captcha**:

- Work closely with our founding team to help implement strategic initiatives spanning across all areas of the business.
- Serve as the primary liaison for our founding team, ensuring clear communication with internal and external stakeholders across all task levels.
- Engage in strategic challenges, finding new ways to expand our reach internationally, protecting everyday more internet users.
- Tackle operational tasks which support our founding team’s focus on the company's most critical initiatives.
- Be the owner of our internal processes, automating manual work whenever you can, making our processes everyday more efficient and standardized.
- Uncover opportunities through market and customer research, gaining insights for further development of our product and services.
- Help foster a vibrant company culture.
- And more: in a startup, new things come up all the time, so let’s figure them out together.

**What we offer**:

- A place in a bootstrapped, mission-driven business that doesn't have the distracting goal of pleasing investors. We get to design the business how we want it to be.
- A high-impact product that protects our customers’ internet presence, which is making the internet more human friendly. Together we have an impact we can be proud of.
- A small and effective team looking to grow and make a big difference, by being focused. We rather aim for a smaller team that is great, than a bigger team that is good.
- A place to grow personally and professionally.
- Gain valuable insights into the process of building a successful company from the ground up, especially for those aspiring to start their own business in the future.
- A testing ground to try and change things - we like to move fast and value iteration.
- Fully onsite or hybrid working mode, with a beautiful office always available for you in Munich West close to a beautiful lake with good connections.
- Plus: Italian barista coffee, public transport ticket, a work MacBook, regular team events spread across Europe, and more.

**You’re right for us if you **
- Are ambitious and hungry to drive change.
- Learn quickly and enjoy discovering new things.
- Are structured and self-organized.
- Strive to do great things and you care.
- Are flexible and dedicated.
- Dare to challenge the status quo and disrupt traditional ways of thinking.

We are here to make a difference and get things done. There's always change, and new challenges show up all the time: we think that’s exciting.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in a relevant field. A degree only says so much - but probably a managerial or technical field makes sense, such as Business Administration or Computer Science.
- At least 2 years of work experience in fast-paced environments such as startups or technology companies (experience gained in internships and personal projects is also relevant).
- You can explore and interact with data: you know what to look for to get Excel (or whichever software tool) to do what you want.
- Basic understanding of how a SaaS business works.
- Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights and strategies from data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (German or any other European language would be a plus)..
- Nice to have: working knowledge of Slack, Microsoft 365, Notion, Pipedrive, Crisp, Zapier, Make (or similar software).

**Join our team**:
Be a part of our team and contribute to making the Internet safe and accessible for everyone
- First Chat: let’s get to know each other In this first short meeting you’ll get to know more about the role, and have the opportunity to ask your questions.
- Second Interview Call: in this meeting we’ll go a bit deeper into your experience and motivation to join our team. We’ll also save some time to answer your last questions about the role.
