Working Student: HR

**Project management**: You support the global Organization Management Project Workstream as Project Office support, which includes coordinating project tasks, monitoring project milestones and deliverables, and following up on action items etc.
- **Holistic overview**: You support with all relevant Change & Communication related tasks
- **Take responsibility**: You support with visualizations, preparation of communication and enablement material
- **Keep up to date**: You support during the implementation phase of organizational changes, including preparation of mass upload files and performing data quality checks
- **Reliable work**:You capture all Workstream related FAQs
- **Study field**: You are currently studying Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Data Science or similar
- **Interests**: You are passionate about organizational structures, data, and tools, with an innovative and problem-solving mindset
- **Experience**: You have ideally gained some experience in consulting, communications, change management, or project management as well as initial experience in a multinational work environment, and working in HR or data maintenance
- **Affinity**: You have an affinity for data, tools, and their dependencies, and understand the importance of high data quality
- **Skills**: You are detail-oriented and proficient in MS Office tools and basic knowledge of SAP ERP HCM would be an advantage
- **Personality**: You have excellent communication, conceptual, and analytical skills and are willing to learn and grow in a multinational company
- **Language skills**: You have fluent English skills, both written and spoken
- CV in English
- Certificate of enrollment at university
- Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months)
- High school report

**Important information**:

- **Working part-time**: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- **Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome**: You must be enrolled and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
- **You should live close to the site**: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.

In our headquarters in Neubiberg near Munich, more than 6000 employees are working in research & development, several central functions, IT and many more.
