Specific Job Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to the following: *
- Act as a financial partner to the leadership team, providing financial analysis and commentary
- Continually look for opportunities to improve the project accounting processes
- Act as a gatekeeper for the company in safeguarding the company’s assets and ensure compliance with corporate financial and risk processes
- Setup and maintain job budgets for costs and billings
- Review and analyze job costs reports with operational management
- Assist with cash flow projections and trends
- Have a thorough understanding of job specific financial results, including job profit, under/over billings, and inventory controls
- Support German Federal and Local tax audits and assist in the US Based Financial GAAP Audit
- Prepare and review job financial packages with Corporate CFO and International Managing Director
- Develop and maintain and inventory and job cost tracking system
- Willingness to take on special projects involving systems or special reporting

- Professional with wide-ranging critical thinking skills to resolve issues
- Receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines tactical approach, resources, schedules and goals
- Works within general guidelines; applies learned technical knowledge to solve moderately complex problems
- Collaborate and solve problems - works with others to resolve significant issues, clarify or interpret complex information, provide initial screening/negotiations

**Travel**
**Typically, this role is has limited overnight travel expected for this position. There may also, be occasional local day travel and overnight travel
- 10% as business requires.**

Required Education and Experience*
- **High School Diploma**:

- Associates Degree and/or Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance; Business Management, or other relevant degree preferred or directly commensurate industry experience required.
- 5yrs minimum directly related accounting experience required.
- Familiarity with the Datev accounting system
- Construction experience is not required but helpful.
- German/English bi-lingual language abilities are required
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Self-starter with attention to detail and a proactive approach
