- Norrøna Retail is seeking a part-time assistant (20 Hours/Week) with a genuine passion for sports and outdoor activities - join our team at Norrøna´s Flagship Store in Munich._

As a salesperson in Norrøna's stores, it is important for us that you understand the customer's needs and provide the customer with a unique customer experience. Furthermore, it is important that you are independent, capable of identifying tasks during busy and quiet periods, and possess a large work capacity.

Qualifications:

- Completed high school
- Previous retail experience
- Genuine interest in sports and outdoor activities

Key responsibilities:

- Sales and customer service
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Norrøna's outdoor products
- Contribute to visual merchandising and ensure proper product placement
- Assist in receiving and pricing merchandise
- Contribute to maintaining a high standard in the store
- Participate in the planning and execution of in-store activities and events
- Support the store manager and contribute to a positive work culture
- Be a positive and enthusiastic ambassador for Norrøna
