**Dein Wirkungsfeld**:

- Als Senior Financial Controller (all genders) bist du Teil des Internal Finance Teams, das die gesamten finanziellen Belange des Unternehmens verantwortet
- Bei der Entwicklung und Überwachung des Budgets sowie im Forecasting-Prozess arbeitest du eng mit wichtigen Stakeholdern zusammen
- Du berätst das Management bei der Erstellung von Budgets, Forecasts und rollierenden Prognosen und trägst mit deinem Einsatz maßgeblich dazu bei, dass das Unternehmen langfristig auf Erfolgskurs bleibt
- Bei der Erstellung unserer Monats
- und Jahresabschlüsse leistest du in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Finanzbuchhaltung und dem Headquarter einen wertvollen Beitrag und bist der Ansprechpartner für die Wirtschaftsprüfung und Steuerberatung
- Darüber hinaus stellst du die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften und interner Richtlinien sicher und implementierst hierfür erforderliche Kontrollen und Verfahren
- Du unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung und Harmonisierung unserer Systeme

**Was Dich auszeichnet**:

- Du hast ein Studium in Finanzwesen, Rechnungswesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder verfügst über einen entsprechenden Berufsabschluss
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling - vorzugsweise im Projekt
- und IT-Controlling
- BI-Systeme sind dir nicht fremd und du bringst bereits Erfahrung mit einer Projektmanagementsoftware (idealerweise BCS) und DATEV mit
- Deine pragmatische Hands-on Mentalität, eine ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz sowie deine selbstständige und präzise Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus
- Du hast sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten, erkennst wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und bist es gewohnt prozessgetrieben zu arbeiten
- Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel), sowie fließende Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
