**What you should know about the Job**:
**You face challenges such as**:

- operating the multi-axis riveting robot Power RACE according to setup sheets and program flow plans
- preparing the necessary drilling and riveting tools
- commissioning new programs and contributing to process optimization
- setting up and dismantling component carriers
- assembling components and structures, primarily made of aluminum
- performing specialized work steps such as tacking, drilling, reaming, deburring, countersinking, and riveting
- working independently according to technical documentation such as work plans, bills of materials, and drawings
- safely handling hand-held pneumatic tools, including drilling, tacking, and riveting machines

**You inspire us with**:

- a qualification as an aircraft mechanic or industrial mechanic, or extensive experience in a comparable field
- knowledge of SAP R3 (desirable)
- experience operating CNC machines (advantageous)
- strong teamwork skills and willingness to work shifts
- a quality-oriented and reliable work approach
- fluent German and English language skills
